We prepare our Greek Style Moussaka from the freshest Zucchini and Potatoes, roasted to perfection and layered with our secret meat sauce and then topped with a light Bechamel Sauce, sprinkled with cheese and baked. Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic lid and cover with tin foil. Place in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven, remove tin foil, let set for 5 minutes before serving and enjoying.
